What is the standard shipping time for new cameras?

We offer expedited shipping on all camera bodies and lenses. Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on customs.

Do all electronics come with a manufacturer warranty?

Yes, all new equipment sold through Point and Shoot includes a full one-year manufacturer warranty. We also offer extended protection plans for accidental damage at the time of purchase.

What is your return policy for open-box items?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories. A small restocking fee may apply if the original shutter count has been significantly increased.

Do you offer trade-ins for older photography equipment?

Currently, we focus on the sale of new and certified refurbished gear. We do not have a trade-in program at this time, but we provide competitive pricing on the latest digital imaging technology.

How can I track my order once it has shipped?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also track your status directly through your account dashboard.

Are the batteries included with the camera purchase?

Yes, every camera body includes at least one rechargeable battery and a compatible charger as part of the standard manufacturer's kit.
